WHPacific Inc. was named Employer of the Year by the Women in Transportation Seminar (WTS), Treasure Valley Chapter. The award was presented at the WTS annual awards banquet, held 12/2/10 in Boise, ID. 

WHPacific was recognized for its extensive local work, including numerous projects that improved pedestrian mobility and safety. These included a Greenbelt pedestrian bridge in east Boise and numerous area bridge expansions that improved safety for the traveling public; as well as large interchange projects, including the new Orchard interchange over Interstate 84.

WTS Treasure Valley is a local chapter of WTS International, an association of men and women transportation industry professionals formed in the 1970s.
