What is a CFedS?

A CFedS is a state licensed land surveyor who has completed the Bureau of Land Management's training program and successfully passed the certification exam. The training program consists of seven courses covering different aspects of the BLM's surveying procedures containing survey legal issues, survey case studies, mathematical problems, and survey history.
