WHPacific designed improvements for approximately 19.5 acres of this 450-acre park. Our design and construction documents for the Youth Sports Field Park included a soccer field, four baseball fields in a "quad-pinwheel" configuration, a new parking lot with stormwater facilities and entry pavilion structure, two restroom facilities, one with a concession component, two picnic shelters, covered dugout shelters, custom backstops, a storage shed, an information kiosk and bulletin board, lighting for the athletic fields and the parking lot, a perimeter path, park furnishings, enhancement planting of an environmental buffer along the creek, tot-lot play area, park landscaping and an irrigation system with a "Maxicom" central controller.
